Where do you ship from?
We shipped all the order from Thailand.
In case you live in Thailand I recommend you to order at my lnwshop.store.
Do you accept International order?
Yes we do!
Only that the shipping cost will be higher than domestic area, depending on delivery option and which country they deliver to.
When will you deliver my order?
[Pre-order]
Items marked as pre-order status, they are not ready to be shipped yet, so the order will take time to be produced before they are ready to be sent out.
Usually manufacturing time is around 2-4weeks.
Basically, we will roughly take around 1+ month to process your orders after the pre order period ends.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic Thai Mail: Standard 3-7 days, EMS 2-5 days
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
How long will it take for International delivery?
Estimate time according to Thai Post Office
International Registered Mail :2 - 5weeks
International EMS mail : 1 - 4 weeks
Please understand,for orders shipping to the USA,EU, Australia, Japan and other countries around the world, please keep in mind that the time will vary and can take up to 4-12 weeks depending on holidays and other special dates and circumstances in each country.
One time it take to like nearly 2 months to deliver to Canada due to their custom clearance or parcel inspection, so the time that state in the site is the ‘Estimate’ not the guarantee it will deliver in that actual time.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are added automatically during the shopping process and are based on Thailand post’s rates + order weight + handling costs.
Shipping Options
We do not offer any non tracking shipment.
Incase to reduce ordered loss we only provide a Standard registered parcel and Express mail option.
However, normal registered options such as SAL and Airmail still do not guarantee the lost parcel during transit.Items with standard shipment that are either lost or damaged during transit won't receive refunds. Any possible claims should be discussed with your local postal office.
So if you want your parcel delivered more secure, we recommend express mail service such as Express mail like EMS
Could I put Pre-Order and In-Stock Items together?
Should your purchase be a pre-order item, we ask you to refer to the stated estimated time of arrival (ETA) on the item’s description.
In case you have any pre order in the list along with in stock orders, we will shipped all the items when the preordered items have been produced and we received them.
So, read carefully before order because they could take time to wait.
Why can you not ship to my place?
We cannot ship to some region depending on each country’s situation at the time such as internal affairs, lock down, conflict etc.
So if your country is not on the list of delivery you can dm me.
Package delivered but not received/Damage/Package loss
Once the parcel is shipped,we do not hold ourselves accountable for any damage that the item might suffer during transit.
So we recommend you reach out to your postal service first as they are the most equipped to help you track your parcel.
Import Fees/VAT/ Custom Fees
Customers may be requested to pay VAT,import fees, custom fees etc and are responsible for paying the fee incurred, you need to contact your local customs or pay them by yourself.Our store is not responsible for those fees.
Do you accept refund?
Basically we do not accept refund.
