Do you do the refund?
Basically we do not accept refund.
All sales are final unless there was a mistake on our side such as a wrong product, defective product, etc.
Refunds will be issued on a case-to-case basis, please contact us if we could be help.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, severely damaged or if you receive the wrong item.Take video or photo and send to us as evidence, for us to help sort out the issue.
Missing /Received wrong items
If the mistake made by our side occurs before shipment, such as an incorrect order or defective product,please get in touch with us so we can ensure you receive the correct item. We will reship you the missing items at no cost to the client.
Return Parcel
Return Parcel will be reshipped to the customers. And you need to be responsible for the shipment fees again.
